We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team We are looking for a Senior Mobile Application Developer with solid expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP) to join a high-performing development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and seamless user experience across Android, iOS, and desktop environments. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Design and develop scalable, modular mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP). Implement shared business logic and reusable components to streamline cross-platform development and reduce code duplication. Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to define application architecture and API integrations. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices in Kotlin development. Optimize performance and resource usage across multiple devices and operating systems. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes for KMP-based projects. Maintain technical documentation and actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Support existing applications by troubleshooting issues, performing refactors, and implementing feature enhancements. TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong proficiency in Kotlin, including Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP). Experience with Android and iOS development, including SDK integration, navigation, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with shared architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection). Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with backend microservices. Knowledge of modern build tools such as Gradle, Ktor, or Swift Package Manager. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). Understanding of testing frameworks such as JUnit, MockK, or Espresso. Experience with version control systems (Git). Languages: English C1 Ukranian B2 (desirable) Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive. We're great, but with you we'll be even better.
