As a React Native Mobile Developer, you will enhance our cloud-based smart access platform for residential buildings, replacing traditional keys with secure, user-friendly digital solutions. You will integrate mobile apps with physical access devices like RFID readers and smart locks, collaborating with product, UX, and firmware teams. The role demands creating intuitive applications while ensuring cloud connectivity, IoT integration, and high security. • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend, firmware teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly mobile solutions.
• Implement and maintain application architecture, state management, and integrations with APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliability, including testing, code reviews, and app deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, tools, and trends to propose innovations and improvements.
• Manage the app lifecycle, including publishing, updating, and monitoring apps in the App Store and Google Play.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• +5 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficient in React Native (React 18+), including custom native module integration.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript in a mobile context.
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs into mobile apps.
• Proficient in navigation systems in React Native (stack, tab, nested navigators).
• Solid experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Sagas, Persisted state).
• Proficient in camera, microphone, location, and sensor-based features.
• Proficient in handle permissions, device info, and platform-specific APIs.
• Proven ability to apply principles of clean architecture, modular code design, and reusable components.
• Proficient in native development (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java) for bridging React Native with native modules is a must.
• Experience in implementing offline-first applications, data synchronisation, and push notifications, analytics and crash reporting tools.
• Comfortable integrating with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), biometric authentication, and secure key storage.
• Experience in implementing multilingual support and timezone-aware features.
• Experience in native build tools, bundlers (e.g. Metro), and command-line interfaces.
• Familiarity of regional formatting for phone numbers, dates, and currencies.
• Proficiency in React Native with deep understanding of the iOS and Android ecosystems and proven track record in delivering high-quality, production-ready mobile apps, from initial concept to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Mobile Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience in Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, CocoaPods, SPM, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience unit/integration testing and snapshot testing for mobile apps.
• API & Data Handling: REST APIs, WebSockets, secure data storage, and caching strategies.
• Experience in authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), data encryption, jail/root detection, and secure storage.
• Experience in with CI/CD processes for mobile applications (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Collaboration Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and effective communication within cross-functional teams.
