Sanhua provides globally advanced automatic control and heat exchanger solutions to OEM and Wholesalers with a dominant market position in Asia and United States. Following sustained periods of growth and exciting plans for development, our subsidiary, Sanhua International Europe employing over 70 people in EMEA region, is opening new challenging positions to enforce its existing sales team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of
Sales Iberia,
the Sales Manager will:

  • Develop the business and maintain close relationship with key accounts in the region
  • Identify, qualify and develop key projects and opportunities
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers
  • Manage and monitor the sales revenues and sales budgets
  • Contribute to market analysis and development of projects/products with cooperation of our local Technical and R&D teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering / Refrigeration
  • Proven sales experience in a related industry (Heat pumps, Refrigeration, HVAC)
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Diligent, target-driven and proactive
  • Strong autonomy and initiative
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Fluent Spanish and English
