Senior Strategy Manager, Outpayce

As Senior Strategy Manager you'll guide the development of strategies that support sustainable growth for Outpayce, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape long-term plans in the payments market.

Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of Outpayce's business strategy, translating vision into actionable plans with clear goals.
  • Support evaluation of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities by contributing to the full lifecycle of strategic target engagement. This includes defining criteria, identifying and researching potential targets, engaging with stakeholders, and evaluating fit through market analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You'll also help prepareexecutive-level presentations to communicate recommendations and strategic rationale to senior leadership and board members.
  • Align product portfolio strategy with long-term business goals, working with product teams to prioritize development and innovation.
  • Facilitate strategic collaboration across teams and provide guidance to commercial functions to support policy implementation.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and career planning, while contributing to recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Represent Outpayce in corporate initiatives and cross-business unit (BU) projects, ensuring alignment and evaluating impact across teams.

About the ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced education (e.g., MBA) is helpful.
  • At least 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or strategic marketing, including work on mergers and acquisitions (M&A)— such as defining criteria, identifying and engaging potential acquisition targets, evaluating strategic fit, and supporting top management presentations. Experience may come from strategy consulting firms, multinational corporations, or financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of the payments and travel industries, including regulatory and competitive dynamics are desirable.
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective and assertive communicator with strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
