un/a Director/a de Desarrollo de Negocio
para trabajar en una compañía del
sector hospitality
en plena fase de expansión.

Hablamos de una empresa nacional con presencia global, reconocida por su posicionamiento premium y su capacidad de generar soluciones exclusivas dentro del sector. Buscamos a quien lidere su crecimiento comercial y expansión internacional.

Tu misión:

Serás la figura que potencie el negocio a escala, identifique nuevas oportunidades y construya relaciones de largo plazo con quienes deciden el futuro del sector.

Tu día a día consistirá en:

  • Identificar y activar oportunidades con
    cadenas hoteleras, operadores, fondos, promotores, arquitectos y agentes clave del sector
    .
  • Generar relaciones estratégicas con
    directores de expansión, property managers, responsables de inversión, arquitectura y diseño
    .
  • Diseñar y ejecutar tu propia estrategia comercial, orientada a crecimiento rentable.
  • Representar a la compañía en
    ferias, foros y eventos internacionales del sector hospitality
    .
  • Colaborar con equipos de diseño, dirección y operaciones para asegurar un
    flujo de proyectos rentable y coherente con el posicionamiento premium de la compañía
    .
  • Impulsar la expansión internacional de la firma en
    España, Europa, Middle East y Asia
    .
  • Incrementar ingresos y posicionamiento, generando
    más valor con mejores márgenes
    .

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia probada en desarrollo de negocio
    nacional e internacional
    dentro del
    hospitality, real estate hotelero, arquitectura, interiorismo o contract
    .
  • Cartera activa o capacidad real de generar contactos estratégicos con rapidez.
  • Comunicación impecable y
    sensibilidad estética
    : sabrás vender concepto, experiencia y retorno, no solo servicios.
  • Alta autonomía, pensamiento estratégico y foco en relaciones a largo plazo.
  • Inglés profesional fluido. Otros idiomas, un plus competitivo.
