As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will be a key stakeholder in the New Business department, working across several teams: Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy from July 2026 for 6 months.
Your responsibilities :You will be responsible for a portion of the operations
You will contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market
You will analyze performance and identify growth drivers
You will be at the heart of the strategy for a flagship papernest project
And above all, you will lead the launch and scaling of two new offerings, starting from scratch
This internship is a unique opportunity to discover a scale-up from every angle and to contribute directly to its strategic projects. You will develop valuable technical skills and versatility for the rest of your career.
Your profile :
With a degree from a business or engineering school, you have initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within a startup
You possess strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
Autonomous and rigorous, you have a strong aptitude for teamwork
You are fluent in French and English.
