Founded in 2024 to solve a critical problem for modern software organizations, we help leaders answer a simple but powerful question:
How do we understand real engineering value in an AI-driven world?

After raising $6M in seed funding from top-tier investors in late 2025 and winning early enterprise customers, 2026 is our breakout year. We're building a new category at the intersection of engineering productivity, performance management, and business intelligence.

The Opportunity

We're hiring our first Account Executive in Barcelona to help build Pensero's commercial motion across Europe. 

You'll own deals end-to-end — from first qualified conversation through to closed-won — and work directly with our VP of  Sales and Co-Founders to define how we sell to enterprise engineering leaders across multiple European markets.

This is a founding sales role with real ownership. You won't just run demos and negotiate contracts — you'll help shape our messaging, ICP, sales process, and pricing strategy as we scale.

You'll engage with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering at enterprise and high-growth tech companies across the UK, Ireland, and wider Europe. Our product speaks for itself — we lead with live data, real insights, and concrete value.

If you want to sell a technically differentiated product, work close to founders, and help build a serious European revenue engine, this role is for you.

We work hybrid: three days in our Barcelona office, two days remote.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS or AI tech environment
  • Experience selling to enterprise or technical buyers across the UK&I or Europe
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Fluent English required (additional European languages are a strong bonus)
  • High ownership and self-motivation
  • Data-driven and outcome-focused
  • Curious about engineering, AI, and modern developer tools
  • Ambition to grow into a senior or leadership sales role
