Salary:
19,484 gross/year + up to 3,000 gross/year in performance bonus

About The Role
We are looking for a
French-speaking Inside Sales Representative
to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. You will represent the prestigious
our
brand, engaging with customers and prospects to deliver an exceptional experience and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with potential and existing customers in the French market.
  • Promote JLR products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs to offer the most suitable solutions and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and exceptional service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of French (C2) and good level of English (B2+).
  • Ideally based in France or with strong knowledge of the French market.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service ideally within the automotive industry or luxury products sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
