Account Executive
to join a growing SaaS company in
Madrid, Spain

This is a permanent, hybrid role for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle and working in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll be part of a multicultural sales team and work with a well-established e-commerce product used by thousands of online stores worldwide.
The role
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing. The focus is on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with new clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle independently
- Identifying new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Developing sales strategies and presenting customized proposals
- Negotiating pricing and commercial terms
- Maintaining a structured pipeline and accurate forecasts
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales, ideally within B2B SaaS (minimum 6 months)
- Exposure to the UK, US, or other international markets
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A results-driven mindset with motivation to grow
- Fluent English
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-energy environment
