Your mission

You will be a pivotal force in our roadmap. We are looking for a proactive 3D Printing Manager to lead our Printing Team which services both customers and internal testing operations. You'll be responsible for the team running an operation with a fleet of machines and post-processing devices and work closely with our customers, Sales, Engineering and Materials teams. It's a very hands-on role, with more workload as an individual contributor than as a manager, still, people and project management skills will be crucial for your success as you will oversee a team and be in direct contact with strategic customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate Printing Team and owner of the service for customers.
  • Manager for several team members.
  • Project management and planning to meet the customer orders on quality and time.
  • Data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Printjob preparation, part-orientation, support-generation, etc…
  • Test and validate technology improvements, running tests and providing reports.
  • Troubleshooting, proposing solutions and identifying opportunities.
  • Interact with customers on part and printability analysis.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, both service operations and 3D printing.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with resin 3D Printing for professional/industrial applications.
  • Data driven, structured and organized.
  • Deep technology knowledge, critical thinking.
  • Proven experience in project management and people management.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in English.
