What You'll Do

As the Lead Product Designer at InteractiveAI, you will be the driving force behind our user experience, owning the end-to-end design process for our core platform. You will be instrumental in transforming complex, powerful AI-native technology into an intuitive, elegant, and modern interface. Your work will directly shape how developers and enterprises interact with and manage AI agents. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science to define and deliver a breakthrough, category-defining user experience.

• UX & UI Ownership:
  Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and concept exploration to creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect, high-fidelity mockups.
• Vision & Strategy:
  Partner with product leadership to define the design vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with user needs and business goals to create a highly modern and seamless experience.
• User-Centered Design:
  Champion a user-centered approach by planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Design System Development:
  Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures UI consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the entire platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work hand-in-hand with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive user flows and with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of your designs.
• Prototyping & Iteration:
  Build and test interactive prototypes to explore and refine new features, quickly iterating based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Aesthetic & Innovation:
  Push the boundaries of SaaS UI/UX, introducing modern aesthetics and innovative interaction patterns that make our complex platform feel simple and powerful.
• Mentorship & Best Practices:
  Drive design excellence across the organization, mentoring other team members and establishing best practices for a high-performing design culture.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong focus on designing and shipping complex, data-rich SaaS platforms.
• A stunning portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX and UI design, with case studies that demonstrate your design process and its impact on the final product.
• Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in leading user research, from interviews and surveys to usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• A deep understanding of how to build and scale a design system from the ground up.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout, and a passion for creating beautiful, modern interfaces.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineers.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; able to articulate and defend complex design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Experience designing developer tools, IDEs, or products for a technical audience.
• Familiarity with designing for AI-powered products, machine learning platforms, or complex data visualization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Contributions to the design community through writing, speaking, or open-source projects.
