Tu rol y misión en Initium Software:

En Initium Software, conectamos el mejor talento técnico con proyectos desafiantes. Como parte de nuestro equipo serás una pieza clave en la implementación de nuestra estrategia de Continuous Testing. Tu misión será garantizar que cada flujo de negocio tenga una cobertura automatizada total, colaborando estrechamente con Desarrollo, Producto y Operaciones para integrar estas soluciones en el ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.

Tus desafíos y responsabilidades:
  • Identificar y resolver desafíos específicos del dominio, liderando la implementación exitosa de la estrategia de Continuous Testing en colaboración con Arquitectos de Testing y Product Owners.
  • Asegurar la escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y fiabilidad de los frameworks de automatización tanto para entornos web como móviles.
  • Investigar y adoptar continuamente las mejores prácticas y herramientas emergentes para promover la innovación y eficiencia.
  • Brindar orientación técnica y soporte al equipo en el uso de Selenium, Appium y tecnologías relacionadas.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
  • Experiencia: +4 años como Mobile Test Automation Engineer.
  • Stack Tecnológico: Dominio avanzado de Java, Appium y plataformas como SauceLabs o BrowserStack.
  • Ecosistema Mobile: Experiencia sólida desarrollando tests ejecutables en Android e iOS, incluyendo aplicaciones híbridas (manejo de contextos nativos y webview).
  • Metodologías: Experiencia con el framework Gherkin y Cucumber.
  • CI/CD: Manejo de pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo utilizando GitHub y GitActions.
  • Idiomas: Español (Nativo/C2) e Inglés (Nivel intermedio alto B2).
  • Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Valoramos especialmente si además
  • Cuentas con experiencia previa en proyectos del sector Banking.
  • Tienes conocimientos en automatización de APIs y entornos Web (Selenium).
  • Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo, manteniendo una mentalidad de "aprender haciendo" sin miedo a los retos técnicos.
