Test Automation Lead

Tu rol/misión en la Empresa:

Como líder técnico, tu misión será establecer marcos de trabajo sólidos y guiar a nuestros equipos en la excelencia de la automatización de pruebas para garantizar productos de alta calidad.

Tus desafíos y responsabilidades:

  • Liderar equipos de automatización y configurar frameworks de pruebas desde cero.
  • Desarrollar scripts de automatización utilizando tus habilidades de desarrollo.
  • Asegurar la calidad en diversas áreas, incluyendo pruebas de Mobile, Web y API.
  • Gestionar y ejecutar pruebas en aplicaciones híbridas.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia: Más de 6 años en automatización de pruebas (Mobile, Web o API) y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Formación: Grado en Ciencias de la Computación o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Stack Técnico: Alta competencia en Java y dominio de herramientas como Appium, Saucelab, Selenium y API Rest frameworks.
  • Metodologías: Conocimiento profundo de los modelos DOM y POM, así como experiencia práctica en Gherkin y Cucumber.
  • Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) y fluidez en español.

Valoramos especialmente si además

  • Certificaciones: Cuentas con Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), ISTQB u otras certificaciones en Test Automation.
  • Conocimientos Extra: Posees nociones básicas de ReactJS y CSS.
  • Mentalidad: Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
