Job Description
We're looking for an
Accounts Receivable Trainee
to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge

  • Assisting with timely and accurate customer invoicing and supporting the collection of payments from our clients.
  • Effectively communicating with customers to help resolve payment issues and ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborating with other Seedtag departments to improve processes and address payment-related challenges.
  • Monitoring A/R metrics, particularly focusing on Aging and DSO, and contributing to improvements.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of A/R policies while ensuring adequate controls.
  • Contributing to the automation and improvement of A/R processes.
  • Engaging in daily interactions with Spanish-speaking clients in an international environment.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
  • You have some experience or academic exposure to Accounts Receivable or Accounting, preferably in a dynamic, international setting.
  • You possess an international and multicultural mindset and are eager to work with global teams and clients.
  • You are proactive, open to learning, and unafraid to propose new ideas and improvements.
