Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

You will collaborate closely with internal departments and customers to resolve billing-related issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of financial operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to grow within an international and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Issue customer invoices and track unbilled opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Manage and control the aging of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
  • Follow up on billing-related issues in coordination with other departments.
  • Monitor and control customer-related accounting accounts to ensure proper posting of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and support month-end closing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
