Este rol es clave para liderar y asegurar la excelencia en las operaciones logísticas del site, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares y valores de Maersk, el logro de los resultados económicos y una experiencia de servicio de alto nivel para nuestros clientes.

La posición actúa como principal enlace entre el cliente y Maersk, coordinando personas y recursos de manera eficiente, liderando equipos con energía y empatía, y asegurando una planificación anticipada que permita cumplir objetivos operativos, de calidad y de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la ejecución eficiente y segura de las operaciones logísticas.
  • Cumplir con estándares globales y locales de Maersk en seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs, acuerdos de nivel de servicio y resultados financieros (EBIT).
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua y proyectos de optimización.
  • Gestionar equipos de manera efectiva, liderando con propósito.
  • Participar en implementaciones de nuevos negocios y colaborar con áreas comerciales e ingeniería.

Requisitos- Educación: Profesional universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines. (Maestría en Supply Chain deseable).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares (supervisor, jefe o líder de almacén).
- Conocimientos:

  • Operación de almacenes (WHS), manejo de WMS y P&L.
  • Seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional.
  • Gestión de proyectos y mejora continua (Lean deseable).
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio/avanzado
  • Competencias: Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, manejo de stakeholders, orientación a resultados, proactividad.
