Tu misión como Assistant Store Manager

Serás el apoyo clave para el Store Manager, contribuyendo a que la tienda funcione como un motor cultural y comercial. Inspirarás al equipo desde el ejemplo, colaborando en la gestión diaria y asegurando que cada cliente viva una experiencia única.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyar al Store Manager en la coordinación diaria del equipo y de la tienda.
  • Motivar, formar y acompañar al equipo para ofrecer un servicio auténtico, dinámico y humano.
  • Colaborar en la consecución de los objetivos de ventas, productividad y excelencia operativa.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos operativos: stock, visual merchandising, mantenimiento y caja.
  • Participar activamente en el análisis de indicadores y en la toma de decisiones para mejorar resultados.
  • Ser un referente en la atención al cliente y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y creativo.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Tienes experiencia previa como Assistant Store Manager o supervisor/a en tiendas de moda o estilo de vida.
  • Eres una persona orientada a resultados, con mentalidad comercial y vocación por el trabajo en equipo.
  • Te comunicas con claridad, gestionas bien los conflictos y sabes tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Eres flexible, resolutivo/a y te adaptas con facilidad a nuevos retos.
  • Entiendes la moda como una forma de expresión personal y cultural.
