Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van Belgische klanten in het Frans en Vlaams
Registreren van nieuwe huishoudtoestellen en klantgegevens
Uitleg geven over de wettelijke garantie en aanvullende verzekeringen aanbieden
Je verkoop- en communicatievaardigheden gebruiken om prestatiedoelstellingen te behalen
Uitstekende klantenservice bieden en feedback delen over mogelijke verbeteringen

Vloeiend in Vlaams en Frans (Engels of Spaans is een pluspunt)
Een sterke communicator met een commerciële instelling
Zelfverzekerd in verkoop en het omgaan met bezwaren
