Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen van Nederlandse klanten
Registreren van nieuwe huishoudtoestellen en klantgegevens
Uitleg geven over de wettelijke garantie en aanvullende verzekeringen aanbieden
Je verkoop- en communicatievaardigheden gebruiken om prestatiedoelstellingen te behalen
Uitstekende klantenservice bieden en feedback delen over mogelijke verbeteringen

Vloeiend in Nederlands (Engels of Spaans is een pluspunt)
Een sterke communicator met een commerciële instelling
Zelfverzekerd in verkoop en het omgaan met bezwaren
Klantgericht, proactief en een echte teamspeler
