Securitas Seguridad needs to incorporate a Regional Security Specialist:

Functions:

Support the Regional Security Manager in the day-to-day oversight of physical security operations.

Assist with the management and monitoring of security service providers and on-site security staff.

Follow up on incident reports, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and closure.

Conduct or support physical security assessments and compliance checks following corporate standards.

Track the implementation of corrective actions and report progress regularly.

Support internal and external audits related to physical security, access control, CCTV, and emergency preparedness.

Act as the coordination point between regional security operations and the Systems Team, who lead all security system management activities.

Support the Systems Team by gathering local requirements, facilitating access, and following up on system-related tasks or upgrades.

Assist with communication to sites regarding system changes, planned maintenance, or project updates initiated by the Systems Team.

Liaise with security vendors to ensure SLA adherence and consistent service delivery.

Support communication with local stakeholders, facilities teams, HR, and external partners.

Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on security activities in the region.

Prepare regular reports, metrics, and summaries for regional leadership.

Maintain documentation related to security procedures, incidents, and operational workflows.

Track and maintain country-specific regulatory requirements where applicable.

Requirements:

Studies – Desirable: Security license (as applicable to local laws)

Knowledge – Minimun: Solid communication skills in English; Spanish is required. Knowledge of access control

software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge – Desirable: Familiarity with access control systems. Additional European languages are a plus.

Experience – Minimum: 2–4 years of experience in physical security, security operations, facilities security management, or related fields. Experience managing teams within the corporate security sector.

Experience – Desirable: Experience working in a multinational or corporate environment.

Others: Ability to travel across the assigned region.
