Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic
Digital Business Expert
that can help us develop new customer features, seamless customer processes and new enablers to be faster in future developments, in the
Easy Financing Tribe,
(personal loans and credit cards).

The responsibility of this team is to provide the best solution for Customer processes considering market behaviors and needs, regulations, costs reduction and user requirements, delivering high quality developments based on Agile Methodology. Your key responsibilities:

As a Digital Business Expert, you will:

• You are
  part of the
  delivery team
  to define
  functional requirements
  , participation in testing and support before the Go-live.
• Lead discovery phase of the new process to implement, liase with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical) for requirements definition, collaborate with different areas to define technical solution to implement, and align all the key stakeholders to ensure meet deadlines.
• Identify risks and dependencies that can appear among the project execution.
• Be aware of industry and market trends, bring new ideas to scale up our business
• Analyze data
  to extract operational information for decision-making, create reports for Operations areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..). Analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements that increase
  customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Have a
  data mindset,
  you observe what happens around you and what we are building and challenge or adapt if we are not going in the right direction, building reliable business operations and services, and for connecting it with internal or external parties.
• You work with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to
  make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies.
• Work in
  Agile teams,
  focusing always in delivering value to our customers in a fast way while continuously improving the way we work.
• Be also an
  active member
  of a Chapter supporting in improving the way of working and where you work on your craftsmanship.
• Be a
  team player.
  You are actively involved in the maintenance, development and realization of (new) services & functionalities. As an expert, you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared Tribe purpose.

• Master or bachelor's degree around 5 years of experience managing complex projects.
• Customer focused and results-oriented person.
• Strong English is a must have. Ability to work at an international level
• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
• Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences.
• Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results.
• Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution.
• Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise
• Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process.
• Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
• Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.
