What is our mission?

Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected.

We are looking for a Security Expert to join the CyberDefense Department. The selected professional will operate transversally across security and compliance activities. This role involves working with End User Security Products and technologies, ensuring compliance with internal standards, managing Quality of Service (QoS) initiatives, and coordinating governance and regulatory projects.

Strong project management expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment are key for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Security & Compliance activities within the CyberDefense scope.
  • Manage projects related to End User Security, ensuring proper implementation and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the operational governance of security products and regulatory or QoS initiatives.
  • Maintain effective and clear communication with local and remote teams.
  • Identify and resolve incidents or deviations related to security operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and alignment with global group standards.

Requirements & Experience

Mandatory:

  • Proven experience in project management within CyberDefense or End User Security environments (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of End User Security products.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships, even in remote settings.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international corporate environments.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
