In this position, the primary responsibility is to drive and manage the technical evaluation stage of partner-led prospects and opportunities. The role works in tandem with both the sales team and Cynet partners, acting as a technical advisor and product expert. The ideal candidate can clearly articulate Cynet's technology and positioning to both business and technically oriented audiences, including partners and end customers, throughout the sales cycle.

The individual must be self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and accustomed to travel.

What will you do:

  • Manage and coordinate all technical requirements in the partner-driven sales process
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners, prospects, and customers
  • Perform business and technical discovery and deliver technical demonstrations in face-to-face meetings and web sessions
  • Support partners in responding to RFIs/RFPs and technical questionnaires
  • Convey partner and customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Design solution implementations according to customer technical requirements and business needs
  • Deploy and implement the Cynet solution, from acceptance planning through installation and resolution of deployment issues
  • Understand the attack lifecycle and clearly position where the Cynet solution detects, prevents, and remediates threats
  • Articulate and demonstrate the Cynet solution and position products and services versus competitors to technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives

Requirements:

  • BS/BA/MBA or equivalent relevant experience
  • Prior pre-sales experience in Endpoint Security, Enterprise Networking, or IT Security solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of security industry trends, technologies, governance, risk management, endpoint solutions, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strategic, professional approach to technical selling with a strong understanding of customer and
    partner
    expectations
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following: IDS/IPS, NGFW, SIEM, EPP, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience administering and architecting cloud-based endpoint security solutions
  • Highly motivated self-starter requiring minimal day-to-day management
  • Willingness to travel (up to ~40%, higher during peak periods)
