Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, working in a hybrid model and reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, coordinating onboarding and integrations, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize processes and deliver additional value.

This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and a strong analytical mindset to track KPIs, detect improvement areas, and support continuous optimization in a multi-client, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily client operations, ensuring correct platform usage and service performance.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve incidents or operational issues.
  • Configure and coordinate the onboarding and integration of new clients.
  • Analyze client KPIs and operational data to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client value.
  • Lead and conduct regular follow-up and performance review meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of client needs.

Must have

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and propose strategic improvements.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to manage client relationships.
  • Fluency in
    Catalan and Spanish
    (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in environments with multiple clients.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML, APIs, JSON, CSS, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM tools or client management platforms.
  • Previous experience in digital, SaaS, or AI-driven environments.
  • Background in operations, customer success, or client-facing roles in technology companies.
