Operations Management

Operations Management is responsible for improving business productivity (process definition and adoption) and efficiency which contribute to the achievement of business priorities including revenue and profitability goals. Provides greater business transparency and visibility and helps facilitate business change agility. Enables lean operations by streamlining, simplifying and standardizing processes and systems. You will be working within the EMEA Revenue and Services Operations Team, in areas such as Go-To-Market, Performance Management, Services Revenue and Delivery, Adoption and Consumption Management.

Accountability

  • Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned sub-projects (projects or areas of responsibility for Senior) and/or Operational processes.
  • Internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters.
  • Works independently, using creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver quality results / technical solutions.
  • Contributes to milestones, may collaborates in devising long-term concepts.

Complexity

  • Contributes and works on sub projects and activities with moderate level of complexity. For more senior positions, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects).
  • Works independently on topics as per set priorities.
  • Provides regular project status and updates.
  • Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy.
  • Enhance complex systems & processes.

Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master degree preferred.
  • Preferably, experience in Revenue or Services Operations, Sales and Services Strategy, or GTM execution roles.
  • Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas.
  • Strong analytica skills, customer focus and business acumen.
  • Fluent English, additional EMEA languages are a plus.

  • Builds and maintains partnerships with internal customers and other departments.
  • Contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation.
  • Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand.
  • Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers.

Role Purpose

To drive sustainable business and organizational performance by harmonizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decisions. The role ensures compliance, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and develops strategic plans to achieve business targets and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

  • Within GTM area of competency, contributes to territory design, segmentation, account assignment, quota setting and coverage models across Market Units, Solution Areas and Services Sales.
  • Within Sales Performance area of activity, helps preparing of business reviews, performance deep dives, translating data into insights and actions for MU Revenue & Services Operations Leaders.
  • Within Services Revenue and Delivery area of activity, helps preparing of revenue forecast, business reviews, performance deep dives, translating data into insights and actions for MU Services Operations Leaders.
