Casfid is part of Fever's global group, in a mission to democratize access to culture and live entertainment through technology.
About the RoleThe Head of Product will lead our product vision and execution—overseeing the evolution of our technology for live events and ensuring alignment with both business goals and the group's broader mission. You'll shape the future of event tech, from access control to payments.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute Casfid's product strategy and roadmap in line with the company and the Fever group objectives.
- Lead and grow a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into scalable, user-focused products.
- Ensure Casfid's platforms are reliable, secure, and ready to scale internationally.
- Strong background leading product management teams, with relevant experience in leadership and strategic roles.
- Proven success building B2B or B2B2C technical products at scale, ideally in ticketing, cashless payments or within the live culture or entertainment tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to scale platforms globally and manage complex product ecosystems.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ideally, strong understanding of RFID/NFC technology and radiofrequency-based systems, with the ability to drive innovation and adapt solutions to diverse client and industry needs.
