¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Visual Merchandising: Asegurarte de que la tienda refleje nuestra esencia, siguiendo las directrices de la marca.Gestión de producto: Colaborar con el Store Manager para optimizar la organización y el flujo del producto.
Análisis y acción: Examinar KPIs para definir planes de acción estratégicos.
Atención al cliente: Brindar un servicio excepcional, compartiendo tu pasión por la moda y asesorando con conocimiento y cercanía.
Conexión con los clientes: Detectar sus necesidades y superar sus expectativas.Venta activa: Proponer alternativas y ventas adicionales, utilizando nuestras herramientas de vanguardia.
Tareas clave: Reposición, ordenación, mantenimiento y comunicación de elementos clave del punto de venta.
