Tus funciones como Store Manager serán:
-Desarrollo y seguimiento de los planes de venta y la estrategia comercial.
- Gestión de equipo;
Motivar al equipo en la consecución de los objetivos.
Coordinar, animar y formar al equipo de ventas.
*Realización de horarios, cuadrantes de vacaciones, control de horas, etc. Todo ello con el reporte directo a la District Manager.
-Controlar el stock y asegurar la correcta exposición del producto.
-Garantizar la calidad del servicio ofrecido a los clientes.
-Gestion de Kpi's y consecución de los objetivos marcados.
Estamos buscando personas apasionadas de la moda y lideres, que estén orientados a resultados y al desarrollo de equipos.
Una persona con empatía y habilidades comunicativas, que quiera desarrollar carrera en la compañía.
Se busca compromiso y ilusión, un perfil comercial que tenga facilidades para el visual y la parte analitica, así como la venta personalizada y la gestion de Kpi's.
