Key Responsibilities in Dutch Cloud Specialist Jobs in Valencia- Provide expert technical support for Dutch-speaking business clients, focusing on cloud-based platforms, services, and integrations.
- Analyse client requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver prompt, professional solutions via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Guide customers with onboarding, migrations, and optimisation of cloud products for optimal business results.
- Collaborate with internal technical and customer success teams to escalate complex issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document technical incidents, client feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, updates, and industry trends to deliver expert advice and guidance.
- Assist in developing knowledge base articles and share technical best practices internally.
- Support continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and proposing process enhancements.
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1+ written and spoken) and strong English skills (B2 minimum); Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Relevant experience in cloud support, technical helpdesk, IT administration, or similar roles is beneficial; recent IT graduates with a passion for cloud solutions are welcome to apply.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) and general IT troubleshooting.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a helpful, patient approach.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing technical queries using digital tools such as CRMs and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to learn and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Certification in cloud computing (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
