Als Nederlandstalige Renewal Specialist beheer je zakelijke klantrelaties en zorg je ervoor dat contracten, diensten of digitale oplossingen tijdig worden verlengd. Je onderhoudt contact met bedrijven, legt voordelen uit, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten tevreden blijven met hun serviceaanbod.
