Litigation Support Intern

Barcelona, España

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a intern to cover mass litigation within the Spanish jurisdiction. This role involves managing litigation processes, extracting and analyzing legal data, and responding to key queries from law firms that offer debt recovery services.

It is ideal for a young talent who wants to start gaining real experience, with particular value placed on legal professionals who not only have a passion for litigation but are also interested in modernizing legal processes and promoting visibility throughout the organization.

This position reports directly to the Head of Collections, meaning that your input will have a direct impact on the configuration of internal claims processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage mass litigation cases within the Spanish jurisdiction, ensuring proper case tracking and deadline control
  • Extract, analyze, and organize legal data related to ongoing proceedings
  • Handle and respond to inquiries from external law firms providing debt recovery services
  • Contribute to the improvement and modernization of internal legal processes, enhancing efficiency and transparency
  • Provide direct support to the Head of Collections in shaping and optimizing internal claims procedures
  • Control legal reports on litigation status and recovery performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, finance) to ensure consistency in case management

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • High level of English (B2 minimum)

  • Energy, resilience and optimism

Education:

3rd of 4th Course of Law degree

Experience:

Previous experience is desirable but is not a prerequisite for the position
