You will join as an Data Support Automotive, and your main mission will be to deliver high-quality, first-level support to customers using our vehicle damage assessment software to resolve inquiries, provide accurate and context-aware responses, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert knowledge of automotive workflows and local market practices.
What You Will Do:
- Receiving and resolving inquiries on the data and user hotline for our vehicle damage capturing software.
- Data research in manufacturer repair documents / EPC.
- Creation of tickets with problem description for data development (English or Spanish).
- Creation and maintenance of the solution database.
- Testing the bug fixes.
- Training for experts and body shops (mainly online) on damage capturing software & calculation.
- Creation of user manuals and training materials.
- Correction of automotive-specific texts in the data base.
- Proactive identification of optimization potential in data processes.
What You Bring:
- Intermediate or advanced automotive or electro-mechanical training.
- Experience in the automotive sheet metal worker or automotive mechanic.
- Experience in the automotive expert field is an adavantage.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- German C1/C2 is essential.
- Spanish or English C1/C2 is essential.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
