Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM - Sales Cloud v2) Consultant. The role is based in Barcelona, with opportunities to work from home part of the time. Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP CRM solutions (SAP Sales Cloud v2), analyzing business processes, integrating CRM with middleware, and providing high-quality consulting and support services to clients. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of tailored CRM solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP CRM and SAP CRM Technical functionalities
  • Understanding of Business Processes and ability to align them with technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on skills with Middleware technologies
  • Proven Consulting experience and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting between on-site in Barcelona and remote
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in similar IT or CRM consulting roles is beneficial
