Una compañía tecnológica global está lanzando en Barcelona un
nuevo hub de ingeniería
con visión a largo plazo, foco en producto y un volumen alto de impacto.
Su hub está en plena fase de crecimiento y pasará de
12 a 35 ingenieros
en los próximos meses. La misión: impulsar
una app Android de altísimo rendimiento, ya en producción y con métricas líderes en su sector.

El Rol: Android Engineering Manager
Liderarás un equipo Android senior combinando:
- 50% hands-on / 50% liderazgo técnico
- Ownership sobre decisiones arquitectónicas (Clean Architecture, Kotlin)
- Desafíos en performance, ANRs, reliability y escalabilidad
- Acompañamiento del equipo: mentoring, coaching, crecimiento técnico
- Elevación continua de estándares de calidad y buenas prácticas
Serás parte de un
equipo central de ingeniería
, construyendo soluciones escalables utilizadas en múltiples regiones y marcas dentro del grupo.
Tu Misión
- Liderar y hacer crecer un equipo Android ya consolidado
- Mantener y elevar la calidad del código, testing y prácticas de ingeniería
- Guiar decisiones técnicas con visión global y de largo plazo
- Entregar incrementos de producto en ciclos cortos y eficientes
- Garantizar un sistema
high-reliability, low-latency, high-throughput - Diseñar soluciones escalables junto a Product y otros equipos técnicos
- Construir y mantener dashboards (JIRA, BigQuery…)
- Asegurar visibilidad de métricas y alertas proactivas
Requisitos
- Experiencia liderando equipos de ingeniería (Mobile Devs)
- Expertise sólido como ingeniero principal o enginering manager en mobile apps (Android + Kotlin) con cientos de miles a millones de usuarios activos.
- Experiencia con herramientas de crash/monitorización (Crashlytics, Sentry…)
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos
- Documentación técnica clara (RFCs, especificaciones, decisiones de diseño)
- Experiencia gestionando dependencias entre equipos
- Inglés profesional completo
