International Key Account Manager – Architecture & Construction

experienced Key Account Manager

to join our commercial team in Barcelona.

This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in 
complex B2B environments

and has a strong understanding of the 
architecture, design, or construction sectors

.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth.
  • Identify and develop
    new business opportunities
    in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Build trusted relationships with 
    distributors, architects, developers, and high-end contractors.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new distributors and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
     in the 
    construction, architectural, or building materials
     industries.
  • Proven success in managing international accounts and complex negotiations.
  • Knowledge of 
    international business operations
    , including documentation, shipment methods, and Incoterms.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
     (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in 
    design, innovation, and sustainability.
