Sales Analyst
to join our growing team in
Madrid
. This is a key strategic role reporting into the Country Sales Lead, responsible for enhancing sales performance through data insights and cross-functional projects. You'll act as the analytical backbone of the sales team—translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Data Analysis & Reporting – Build and manage BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce) and conduct deep sales analysis to identify growth opportunities and performance risks.
• Strategic Project Management – Lead sales-related initiatives like tool rollouts, market expansion, or process improvements from planning to delivery.
• Sales Intelligence – Provide insights to support sales forecasting, territory planning, and KPI evaluation, enabling data-driven decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops teams to align goals and ensure smooth project execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the main point of contact for key initiatives, managing expectations, communications, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
• Process Optimization – Use tools like Salesforce and internal platforms to uncover efficiencies, support sales ops, and recommend continuous improvements.

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience: Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or project management, ideally in a commercial or tech-driven environment.
• Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the business and the ability to directly connect data insights to commercial goals and the sales team's day-to-day challenge
• Advanced skills in BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a solid understanding of tools that support commercial performance.
• Excellent data storytelling skills: the ability to transform complex data into a clear, convincing, and actionable narrative for leadership and the sales team. , with full fluency in Spanish and English.
• Mindset & Personal Attributes: An innate curiosity that drives you to dig beyond the surface of the data, always asking 'why' and proactively proposing analyses
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and pivot on priorities without losing focus on results.
