Buscamos un/a Senior BI Engineer con 5 años de experiencia para unirse al equipo de Business Intelligence y contribuir al diseño, construcción y evolución de las soluciones analíticas corporativas.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir y liderar iniciativas BI desde el análisis de requisitos hasta la entrega.
  • Diseñar y mantener modelos de datos analíticos (dimensiones, hechos, jerarquías).
  • Desarrollar y optimizar procesos ETL con Pentaho Kettle y PL/SQL.
  • Diseñar soluciones sobre Oracle, Databricks y StarRocks.
  • Crear y mejorar KPIs, informes y dashboards en herramientas BI.
  • Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de los datos.
  • Colaborar con usuarios para la evolución de informes y modelos.
  • Documentar procesos, modelos y soluciones de forma clara y actualizada.

REQUISITOS

  • 5 años de experiencia en roles de Business Intelligence o Data Engineering.
  • Dominio de SQL y PL/SQL.
  • Experiencia con Oracle, Databricks y StarRocks.
  • Experiencia en modelado dimensional (star schema, snowflake).
  • Experiencia con herramientas BI (MicroStrategy, Qlik, Superset).
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de procesos ETL desde distintas fuentes.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trato con usuarios.
  • Perfil proactivo, autónomo y orientado al trabajo en equipo.

¿Se valorará muy positivamente?

Conocimientos en Superset, StarRocks, Python, Airflow y OpenShift.
