A Global Fintech organisation is seeking a
Business Intelligence Analyst
to join its team in Madrid. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, strengthening data quality, and supporting business decision-making across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain monthly performance and operational reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Develop and document standardised reporting frameworks, including data validation and quality checks
  • Gather, clean, and analyse data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform strategic planning across HR, Operations, and other teams
  • Utilise department-specific dashboards and support enhancements where required
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret reporting needs and deliver meaningful outputs
  • Recommend and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting activities
  • Deliver reports within set deadlines, highlighting key findings and anomalies
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
  • Advanced Excel capability (complex formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large or complex datasets
  • Proven ability to produce and manage recurring monthly reports

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary:
    €45,000–€50,000
    after the initial contract period
