We are actively recruiting a Senior Retail (Trade) Marketing Manager who will join the team at La Roca Village 

You'll bring proven experience from the Catalonia region in trade marketing,  brand partnerships, and retail activation strategies.

We are looking for a true trade or retail marketing specialist in this role

About the role

Manage and mentor the Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment and high performance. Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Guest Experience, and Corporate teams to integrate trade strategies. Define the Brand Marketing strategy with a clear framework for team efficiency and business impact. Build strong relationships with Village brands to co-create tailored trade marketing campaigns

Role requirments

7+ years in trade marketing / retail marketing ideally in a luxury or premium environment. Proven track record of managing teams and delivering cross-functional projects with commercial impact
