At Banger Ventures, we build high-potential Food, Beverage, and Cosmetics brands designed to perform in retail. To support our growth across distribution channels, we're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (3-4 years of experience) to act as the bridge between our marketing, sales, and retail partners — turning product launches into real success stories in-store.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring the visibility and performance of our brands at the point of sale:

  • Trade Marketing Tools: development of POS materials, sales arguments, catalogs, and activation kits.
  • In-store Activation: design and follow-up of product displays, promotions, and special operations.
  • Retail Relations: collaboration with sales teams to strengthen retail partnerships, develop new agreements, and support existing distributors.
  • Budget Management: management and optimization of the trade marketing budget.
  • Performance Analysis: monitoring results, analyzing KPIs, identifying growth opportunities, and making actionable recommendations.

You're the right fit if you're:

  • Based in Barcelona — this position is on-site only (no remote work possible).
  • A graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experienced (3–4 years) in the Food & Beverage trade marketing.
  • Familiar with retail networks and key mass-market distribution models (GMS).
  • Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Business-driven and creative, turning every retail activation into a success story.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
