SalesOur Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the roleYou will lead the Trade Marketing strategy in the offline channel (Grocery and Pharma channels), as well as leading the online strategy of the brand.
Your responsibilities- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints: online with digital & media campaigns and offline with Point of sales Materials
- Integrate digital strategy and media plans into Trade Marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and adapt the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) across digital and physical channels.
- Design and execute media plans in collaboration with agencies and clients.
- Develop omnichannel business plans including assortment, in-store and digital displays, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor both digital KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROI) and traditional retail KPIs like distribution, price, promo.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure growth across all accounts.
- Implement shopper marketing strategies in e-commerce, marketplaces, and retailer apps.
- Manage brand presence in retail media platforms and coordinate campaigns with clients.
- Guarantee consistent brand communication across all channels.
4/5 years of experience in same role or similar
Previous experience in FMCG/Pharma companies will be valuable.
English/Spanish Advanced level
MS Office, PPTX and Excel (advanced)
