For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, we are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Retail Media Associate to join a team of Amazon Advertising specialists. This role is 100% focused on hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and backend operations across Amazon Advertising and Seller Central.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Paid Search (PPC) and DSP campaigns, ensuring flawless implementation, monitoring, and reporting. You'll work closely with the Campaign Manager and Senior Manager, which provides strategic direction—allowing you to focus on operational excellence and campaign performance.

  • Full time contract (40h per week).
  • Model: Hybrid.
  • Location: Sant Cugat (Barcelona).
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Salary range: 35-40K

Main tasks:

  • Execute and manage Paid Search (PPC) campaigns across Amazon and other retail platforms.
  • Set up and maintain campaign structures, including keyword selection, negative keyword governance, audience segmentation, and ad creative uploads.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement targeting updates using third-party tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities.
  • Align campaign execution with promotional calendars and product availability.
  • Maintain backend hygiene: exclusions, taxonomy alignment, and account structure consistency.
  • Build and update performance reports, dashboards, and trackers in collaboration with the Planning team.
  • Support testing initiatives and contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon Advertising platform innovations, changes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Paid Services and marketplace PPC.
  • Amazon Marketing Services Certification preferred.
  • Strong Excel/data handling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for operational accuracy and process improvement.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and campaign management tools (e.g., Pacvue, Skai, Downstream).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce seasonal trends and promotional planning.
  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing, or other search platforms.
  • Multilingual capabilities (Italian, German, French) are a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools or scripting for campaign management is a bonus.
