BIBO Franchise Kft. will launch its Barcelona operations in Q1 2026 under the name Bibo Orgánico España, and we are looking for colleagues who would like to play a key role in building a new market.
For more than 15 years, we have been developing and manufacturing plant-based, biodegradable cleaning and hygiene products in Hungary. Our packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic or from our own biodegradable biopolymer developed and produced in-house. Our solutions serve the needs of hospitality, office and industrial/site hygiene, as well as institutional cleaning (e.g., schools, gyms, etc.).
Sales Representative (B2B)
Work location: Barcelona and surrounding area (field work + office administration)

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers (HORECA, facility management companies, offices, gyms, schools, etc.)
- Organize and conduct client meetings; deliver product presentations
- Prepare quotations and support price and contract negotiations
- Collect orders, hand over to the operations team, and follow up
- Maintain CRM, manage the pipeline, and produce sales reports
- Gather market feedback (pricing, competitors, needs)
- Pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities
Requirements
- Spanish (advanced) + English (basic)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred: HORECA, hygiene, facility management)
- Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset
- Category B driving license (preferred)
- CRM knowledge (preferred)

Desde hace más de 15 años desarrollamos y fabricamos en Hungría productos de limpieza e higiene de origen vegetal y biodegradables. Nuestros envases se fabrican con plástico 100% reciclado o con biopolímero biodegradable desarrollado y producido por nosotros. Con nuestras soluciones atendemos las necesidades de hostelería, higiene de oficinas y plantas/instalaciones, así como de limpieza institucional (p. ej., escuelas, gimnasios, etc.).
Comercial / Representante de Ventas (B2B)
Lugar de trabajo: Barcelona y alrededores (trabajo en campo + tareas administrativas en oficina)

Funciones
- Prospección y captación de nuevos clientes B2B (HORECA, empresas de facility management, oficinas, gimnasios, escuelas, etc.)
- Organización y realización de visitas comerciales; presentaciones de producto
- Elaboración de ofertas y apoyo en negociaciones de precios y condiciones contractuales
- Recogida de pedidos, traspaso al equipo operativo y seguimiento
- Gestión de CRM, pipeline e informes comerciales
- Recopilación de feedback del mercado (precios, competidores, necesidades)
- Tareas de preventa, venta y postventa
Requisitos
- Español (nivel avanzado) + inglés (nivel básico)
- 5+ años de experiencia en ventas B2B (se valorará: HORECA, higiene, facility management)
- Sólida capacidad de negociación y orientación a resultados
- Carné de conducir B (valorable)
- Conocimiento de CRM (valorable)
