As a Customer Solutions Engineer you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and advanced technological solutions. You will also lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms while providing ongoing support for hybrid environments. Your background should include hands-on experience with major public clouds, such as AWS or GCP; proficiency in automating infrastructure deployment using Terraform; expertise in building robust CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with containerization technologies, AI-built solutions; and comprehensive knowledge of IT security protocols. Experience supporting hybrid environments - including networking, storage management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery-is crucial.
