This role is based in beautiful Greece and is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are interested in the financial technology sector. As a valued member of our team, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries regarding payment solutions while communicating effectively in French.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transactions, and related services via phone, email, and chat in French
  • Provide clear and detailed information about product features, pricing, and integration processes
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns related to payment processing
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient customer follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support
  • Promote trust and confidence in our payment solutions by fostering positive customer relationships

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the payment solutions or financial technology sector
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is desirable
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
