Corporate Development Associate
to join
BRESH Global
at a defining moment of our growth.
This role sits at the center of how BRESH scales globally. You'll work side by side with our C-suite, Chairman, and investor partners, helping shape decisions around acquisitions, partnerships, capital capital planning and fundraising-related initiatives
It's a high-exposure role for someone who wants to understand; and actively participate in, how a global entertainment platform is built in real time. You won't be observing from the sidelines: you'll be modeling, analyzing, and supporting real decisions that directly impact the future of the business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support financial modeling for corporate development.
Build and maintain financial models (operating, valuation, IRR/MOIC, accretion/dilution) to evaluate acquisitions, JVs, and strategic transactions across markets and formats. - Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities.
Analyze M&A, partnership, and investment opportunities across live entertainment, IP, media, and adjacent verticals; running scenarios, pressure-testing assumptions, and supporting capital allocation decisions. - Support live deals, end to end.
Prepare investment memos, IC decks, LOIs, and transaction materials. Coordinate financial and strategic due diligence with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, and other transaction partners) through signing and closing. - Support corporate strategy and platform development.
Conduct market and competitive analyses across geographies, supporting long-term platform strategy, portfolio optimization, and strategic decision-making. - Shape board and investor materials.
Build board decks, investor updates, and strategic presentations that clearly articulate opportunities, risks, synergies, and value creation — connecting analysis to decision-making.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You've spent
2–4 years
in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, strategy consulting, or a similarly analytical role. - You're strong in financial modeling and valuation, and comfortable working in Excel-heavy environments.
- You know how to turn complex analysis into clear, high-quality presentations for senior executives and investors.
- You're detail-oriented, but adaptable — able to work with incomplete information and still form clear, defensible views.
- You thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and enjoy working closely with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in M&A, live transactions, or entertainment / consumer / media businesses is a plus, but not a requirement.
