What are we looking for?

At Banco Sabadell Corporate Finance, our Investment Banking professionals advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, public equity and debt transactions, and other strategic financial operations.

We are seeking a Generalist Associate to actively participate in deal execution and client relationship development.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the execution of M&A and Corporate Finance mandates.
  • Preparing financial models, valuations, and presentation materials.
  • Supporting strategic and financial analysis of companies and sectors.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client proposals and transaction documents.
  • Contributing to the development of commercial relationships with clients and counterparties.

What we value in your profile

  • At least 4 years of experience in generalist M&A transactions within investment banks, advisory boutiques, or private equity firms.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in corporate finance and financial modelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong team orientation.
  • Fluent English (additional languages will be positively valued).
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • MBA or postgraduate degrees will be considered a plus.
