ONEtoONE Corporate Finance
is a fast-growing Global Investment Banking Group (Middle-

Market), with a presence in over 80+ cities.

We are seeking a Global Growth Director with a
strong background in business development, executive sales, team management, and technology
.

Location: Madrid. Spain.

The ideal candidate will possess not only strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset, but also

empathy and the skills to support and energize a global network of corporate finance advisors.

Core Missions

  • Drive the
    growth strategy of a global network
    of corporate finance advisors and launch high-value business opportunities.
  • Recruit top-tier professionals to join the network and lead a high-performing growth team. As a support pillar for network members, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to succeed in their local markets.
  • Foster a
    culture of collaboration and cross-selling between 80+ countries
    to maximize global deal flow.
  • Implement cutting-edge technology to optimize back-office services and onboarding processes, accelerating expansion and facilitating global knowledge sharing.
  • Shape the
    company's strategic direction
    as part of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and oversee comprehensive training programs covering M&A processes, proprietary tools, and ONEtoONE methodology.
  • Organize regular networking sessions, workshops, and webinars to keep the network engaged, motivated, and aligned with group standards.
  • Monitor network health, identify underperforming regions, and provide proactive support or coaching.
  • Manage the delivery of support services (back-office, marketing, and research) to ensure independent advisors can focus on deal-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
    and an
    MBA from a relevant business school
    .
  • At least 15 years of experience in Business Development and Executive Sales
    , ideally in M&A and Strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing franchise networks, independent agent models, or professional communities is highly valued.
  • Proven success in identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
  • C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Strong leadership mindset
    with a focus on results, combined with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams across
    different time zones
    .
