The Role:We're looking for a Marketing Operations (GTM / RevOps Engineer) to own and scale our commercial tech stackand streamline our go-to-market engine.You'll make sure our marketing and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) run like a well-oiled machine - from tracking and attribution to automation and AI integration.You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve processes and enable faster growth experiments.What you will do:In your first 3-6 months:Become the primary admin for HubSpot and the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.Fix and validate UTM tracking across Webflow, JS forms, HubSpot, Calendly, and Loveable.Audit integrations, clean up documentation, and create clear SOPs/runbooks.Identify 2–3 quick automation wins to improve attribution and reduce manual work.Ongoing:Maintain and optimize our sales & marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Webflow, Google Analytics, Calendly, Amplemarket, and more.Build no-code automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) with robust error handling, API calls, and observability.Pilot and integrate AI SDR tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Artisan, 11x) to accelerate outbound and personalization.Design and refine MQL scoring models and integrate intent signals for better lead prioritization.Ensure data accuracy and sync reliability between HubSpot and Salesforce (>99% success).Document processes and enable self-service operations for the marketing and sales teams.What you will bring:2+ years in RevOps / Marketing Ops / Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot + SalesforceProven skills in tracking, attribution, and automationComfort working with no-code tools and basic API integrationsAnalytical mindset (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI or Looker)Problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear documentation habitsIt's a Plus if you have:HubSpot/Salesforce certification, basic HTML/CSS/JS, or experience with AI SDR tools (Amplemarket, 11x, Artisan).Success Looks Like:99%+ campaign UTM accuracy99%+ sync success between HubSpot & Salesforce50% reduction in manual campaign setup time in 3 monthsWhy You'll Love Working at MitigaPurpose-driven impact:Your work helps shape real-world climate resilience.Collaborative culture:Transparency, rigor, and shared ownership.Flexible hours:Core 9:30-16:30, start between 7:30-9:30.Summer schedule:4-day weeks & early Friday finishes.Hybrid or remote flexibility.Extra time off:23 vacation days + your birthday + Mitiga holidays.Learning & growth:Courses, conferences, and training.Tech-forward:Work with cutting-edge AI, data, and automation tools.Benefits via Cobee(meals, transport, and more).
