At Inetum
, we are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity Department in a stable position, with a hybrid work model (80% remote), flexible hours, and growth opportunities.

This is a key role to ensure that our infrastructures and data are protected through the best practices and technologies available in the market.

Your Responsabilities

  • Deploy, manage, and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, primarily using SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Participate in global cybersecurity projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and remediate access-related risks and enforce least-privilege policies.
  • Support automation and compliance initiatives related to identity governance.
  • Help shape internal security policies and best practices.

Requisitos

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing IAM solutions, preferably with SailPoint or CyberArk
  • Proven experience in certification systems and digital signatures.
  • Knowledge of CIEM and privilege management in cloud infrastructures.
  • Experience in access management and data protection using identity-based security.
  • Ability to manage the identity lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance across various platforms.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a global team.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional, CyberArk Defender).
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, etc.
